We usually open orders for one week each month, then close the shop to produce and ship those orders before the end of the next wave. This helps us manage production time and maintain quality.

Since last September, we’ve also set a fixed number of production slots per wave. Once those slots are filled, we stop accepting new orders so we can handle the workload properly and deliver on time. This is especially important now, given ongoing shipping delays, global uncertainty, and the added impact of import duties on delivery times.

Under this system, we’ve had to close waves early when all slots were filled by Thursday or early Friday. But this is the first time everything has sold out within 72 hours. Thank you for the tremendous response—we’re now hard at work on your orders.
