What’s Next you ask?

. You will get a recap order email – if you don’t check your spam/junk box

. You will get an email from Paypal – it simply confirms a third time that we have your order

. At the end of the Wave we create the production sheet and schedule

. Whatever we already have is packed and shipped within 7 days of the end of the Wave.

. Items in production can take up to 20 working days to be completed

. We usually ship 99.5% of all orders between two standard waves

. Once you order has shipped we upload your tracking number in the system, you can log and track there

. You should also recieve an email with your tracking number

When do I get my order?

. Once your order has shipped it can go as fast as 3 working days for DHL to deliver to you

. Make sure you keep tabs on your order, we will not accept returns for failure of delivery

. Do check your order when it gets there to make sure everything is as it should, you have 7 days to contact me should there be anything needed to be fixed.
